Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with the milk, stirring just until blended. Gently fold in the blueberries.
3. Fill the prepared muffin cups three-quarters full. Bake for 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
