A healthy smoothie is a great way to start your day or enjoy as a snack. Here are some tips on how to make a healthy smoothie:

Ingredients:

-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
-1 banana
-1 cup of frozen berries
-1 scoop of protein powder
-1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Method:

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Enjoy as is or pour into a glass and enjoy!

Tips:

-If you find your smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
